Hi Peter! 

The red tape is about to send me over the edge…and I have not even started! 

 I would like to drive my car to DC for my initial Specialist Training. I
would like for my son to fly to DC (from same departure city) a few weeks
later.

Who do I speak to about figuring this out?  The Registrar referred me to the Travel Tech, the TT referred me to Carson Wagonlit, CW sent me back to the TT, who then referred me to the Employee Claims.  Registrar says they can't help.  Employee Claims tells me mileage went from .50 to .165 per mile, and to check back when I have my travel orders.  Unfortunately, I cannot get my travel orders until I tell the Registrar my mode of transportation. 

I am running in circles and am not sure where else to go.  Any suggestions?

(If it will cost me hundreds of dollars to fly my son to DC, I will just leave my car behind, and fly as well)
